ADVENTURE
In Tantric Dance, we connect with our core to connect with others from there. Through dance, we explore the polarities of men and women, leading and following, decisiveness and surrender, soft sensuality or powerful, wildness. The follower may wear a blindfold. Tantric Dance connects with respect for everyone's boundaries and possibilities.

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for changing clothes and payment.
Ring the doorbell at "De Verheldering". You will find the bells next to the entrance.

TANTRIC DANCE
A dance of giving and receiving, where one person leads and the other, blindfolded, allows themselves to move in the dance. The challenge is to stay very close to yourself, yet simultaneously connect with the other. A practice of being open and grounded.

TAKE
It's nice if you're fresh and wear comfortable clothes that make you feel good. Blindfolds are provided but you can also bring your own blindfold.
Bring a bottle of water.
