An open dance evening, everyone is welcome, aged 18 and older
with or without Tantric Dance and/or Tantra experience, as a single person, a couple, or with a partner.

7:00 PM - 7:30 PM Walk-in (ring the doorbell to enter, doors close at 7:25 PM)
7:30 PM - 8:45 PM Part 1 with welcome, contact exercises, TD explanation, and Demo
8:45 PM - 9:00 PM Break
9:00 PM - 10:15 PM Part 2 with TD dance rounds and free dancing
10:15 PM - 10:30 PM Closing

Most participants are single and of all ages, minimum age 18.
Couples are very welcome and can stay together all evening if desired. Dance partners are randomly chosen, dancing with the same or different genders.
You never have to do anything that's not right for you, and there's no peer pressure.
We dance barefoot, clothed, and without touching intimate parts.

♡ TANTRIC DANCE ♡
A dance of giving and receiving, where one person leads and the other, blindfolded, allows themselves to move in the dance and surrender. By separating these two polarities, you learn a lot about yourself: do you truly dare to take the lead and can you let yourself go in surrender? Both are necessary to tap into your full potential and make life a valuable journey. Especially when you're partners, it's wonderful to be able to take on both roles; it creates a vibrant relationship where the sensual energy continues to flow.
The challenge is to stay very close to yourself, while simultaneously connecting with the other.
A practice of being open and grounded.

♡ TD NJOY WORKSHOP ♡
A fun dance evening with clear explanations of the basics of Tantric Dance so you can experience it for yourself.
The goal is to have an enjoyable evening with space for self-exploration and reflection.
